SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. Introduction & Acceptance
This Agreement governs the provision of professional event organization, décor styling, and installation services. By confirming your booking, making any payment, or proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Description of Services
We provide professional event organization, décor styling, and installation services, including but not limited to:
* Balloon installations and garlands
* Decorative backdrops and arches
* Floral arrangements
* Furniture setup and styling
* Personalized signage with LED lighting
* Entertainment services
* Catering equipment (candy carts, popcorn carts, slush carts, etc.)
* Audio equipment and Bluetooth speakers
* Related event décor elements
Our services are available for corporate and private events across the UAE.
The scope of services covered under this Agreement includes all specifications, design approvals, quantities, timelines, and creative elements mutually agreed upon via written communication, including email and WhatsApp correspondence, which shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
* The total agreed service fee shall be as confirmed in writing between both parties
* Payment must be completed in full in advance to secure your booking and avail any discounted packages
* Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in suspension or cancellation of services without liability to us
* In the event of any substantiated service-related concerns, any adjustment, discount, or partial refund shall be determined solely through mutual agreement
* We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and digital payment methods
4. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
* Acts of God
* Extreme weather conditions
* Fire, flood, war, or terrorism
* Civil unrest
* Epidemics or pandemics
* Government restrictions or public authority actions
* Power outages
* Transport disruptions
In such cases, we shall be released from our obligations without penalty.
5. Delivery, Installation & Access
* We shall deliver and install the agreed décor on the scheduled date and time, subject to access being granted
* You are solely responsible for ensuring:
* Venue access permissions
* Parking availability
* Building entry approvals
* Any required permits or NOCs (No Objection Certificates)
Any delay caused by lack of access, approvals, or your coordination may result in reduced setup time or additional charges.
6. Failed Delivery or Installation
If access to the venue is denied, restricted, or you or your representative is unreachable upon our arrival, our obligations shall be deemed fulfilled. No refund shall be issued. Any additional attempt shall be subject to new charges.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Non-Refundable Services
All custom-made, perishable, and event-based services — including floral arrangements, balloon installations, personalized décor, and completed styling services — are non-refundable once delivered or installed.
7.2 Quality Claims
Any concerns regarding damage or defects must be reported at delivery, supported by clear photographic or video evidence. Resolution, including replacement or partial credit, shall be at our discretion and in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Quality claims regarding the decor must be addressed during the setup process. Any claims made after using all the decor and completing the event will not be entertained.
7.3 Cancellations
All cancellations are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. Any advance payment will not be returned.
7.4 Cancellation Policy Timeline
* Cancellation 30+ days before event: Refund discussion possible (at our discretion)
* Cancellation 15–29 days before event: 50% of total booking amount forfeited
* Cancellation less than 15 days before event: 100% of total booking amount forfeited
8. Design & Material Substitutions
We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions to materials, colours, or design elements based on availability. Any substitution shall be of equal or greater value and aligned with the approved aesthetic and concept.
9. Rented Equipment
Any rented items, including but not limited to frames, stands, furniture, or props, must be returned in their original condition. You shall be fully liable for any loss or damage and agree to cover replacement costs where applicable.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
* Venue-related incidents
* Guest actions
* Venue non-compliance
* Breach of this Agreement
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12. Digital Acceptance
This Agreement is digitally generated and does not require a physical signature. Confirmation of booking and/or payment by you shall constitute full acceptance of these terms.
